1/4 kg MAGNOLIA Chicken adobo cut (boneless & skin on) or BOUNTY FRESH Chicken thigh (boneless & skin on)
1 pouch Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade 40mlx6s
1/4 cup DATU PUTI spiced vinegar 350ml (dipping sauce)
1 tbsp FRAISWELL Vegetable oil 250ml (for searing)
1. Wash chicken and drain well.
2. In a bowl, marinate MAGNOLIA chicken meat in Mama Sita’s Barbecue Marinade. Massage the meat, cover, and marinate for 3 hours in the chiller.
3. Heat frying pan (kawali) over high heat and add 1 tbsp of FRAISWELL oil.
4. Sear the marinated chicken until brown on each side (approximately 2 minutes per side). Lower heat and continue cooking until meat is thoroughly cooked.
5. Remove from heat and slice into serving pieces. Serve with DATU PUTI Spiced Vinegar and achara.
