Ingredients:

2 tbsp LI FRAISWELL Vegetable Oil 250ml
2 tsp PURE BASICS Fried Garlic minced 30g
1 pc PG Fresh Red Bell Pepper, sliced
3/4 cup Water
1 sachet MAGGI Magic Sarap 8g
1 tbsp MAYA Cornstarch 400g
1/4 cup PG Fresh Carrots, sliced
1/4 cup JOLLY Young Corn (cut) 425g
1/4 cup JOLLY Straw Mushroom whole 425g, sliced into half
1/4 cup PG Fresh Broccoli
12 pcs EQUAL Quail Eggs boiled & peeled
1 pc PPC Onion red, sliced
1 tsp EQUAL Brown Sugar 1/4 Kg
1/4 cup Snow Peas (Optional)

Preparation:

1. In a pan, put LI FRAISWELL oil and sauté PG garlic, PPC onion and PG bell pepper until aromatic.
2. Pour water, simmer and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and EQUAL sugar. Pour MAYA cornstarch and water mixture to thicken sauce.
3. Add vegetables and cook until done but not overcooked. Add EQUAL quail eggs on top. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
