MAMA SITA’S ADOBONG KANGKONG

Ingredients:

4 tbsp Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce 90g
1 tbsp PURE BASICS Fried Garlic minced 30g (optional)
1 tbsp FRITO PLUS Vegetable Oil 80ml
3 cups GF Kangkong (water spinach), stalks and leaves separated

Preparation:

1. In a pan, heat FRITO PLUS cooking oil and then sauté GF Kangkong stalks.
2. Add MAMA SITA'S Oyster Sauce.
3. When the stalks are cooked, add kangkong leaves and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and serve over hot rice. Top with PURE BASICS fried garlic minced.
