Ingredients:

1/4 cup BAGUIO Orchids Vegetable oil pouch 300ml
1/2 pc PURE BASICS Laurel leaves 10g
1/8 tsp UFC Ground black pepper 30g
1 tsp LASAP Rock salt 500g
2 cups Leftover adobo, shredded
2 tbsp SILVER SWAN Vinegar 100ml
3 tbsp PG Fresh Garlic crushed
1 pouch MAMA SITA'S Oyster Sauce 60g
4 cups Day old rice

Preparation:

1. 1. In a wok, heat BAGUIO Vegetable oil. Add PG garlic, PURE BASICS laurel leaf, and UFC ground black pepper.
2. 2. Saute garlic until light brown. Add SILVER SWAN vinegar. Let it boil. And then lower to a simmer for 2 minutes.
3. 3. Add leftover adobo and MAMA SITA'S Oyster Sauce. Stir. Add the LASAP rock salt. Mix well.
4. 4. Add the cold rice and mix well until well heated.
5. 5. Serve hot.
