4 tbsp Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce 60g
1 stalk PG Fresh onion leeks, sliced diagonally
1 cup GF Sweet peas, stringed
1 pc PG Fresh Carrot, sliced thinly
¾ cup Water
½ tsp PG Fresh Ginger, grated
1 tsp CREAM Cornstarch 200g, dissolved in 5ml water
1 pc PG Fresh onion red, sliced
6 pcs GF Young corn, sliced
1 pc GF Fresh cabbage, cut into small quarters
1. 1. In a wok, combine water, PG ginger, leeks, and Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce. Cook over high heat.
2. 2. When the mixture starts to boil, add the rest of the vegetables and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes, or until the carrots can be cut with the edge of a spoon.
3. 3. Add the CREAM cornstarch and water, and simmer until the sauce thickens.
