Ingredients:

½ cup Eden Melt Sarap 165G, grated
1 Tbsp Onion white, minced
1/8 cup Bell pepper, red sliced into 1/8-inch strips
1/8 tsp Pure Basics Pepper, Black
1 pack DEL MONTE Spaghetti Noodles (400G) cooked
½ cup Eden Filled cheese 165G, grated
MEATBALLS:
200g Magnolia chicken, ground
1 Tbsp Red onion, minced
¼ tsp Pure Basics Salt
¼ tsp Pure Basics Pepper, Black
1/3 cup NATUREL CANOLA OIL 1.1L
SAUCE:
½ Tbsp NATUREL CANOLA OIL 1.1L
½ Tbsp Garlic, minced
1 pouch DEL MONTE Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce (250g)
1/8 tsp Pure Basics Salt
1 cup water

Preparation:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the meatballs and mix well. Get 1 Tbsp of the mixture and form into balls.
2. In a frying pan, put some oil, fry the meatballs until Light brown in color and then set aside.
3. In a casserole, sauté garlic for 2 minutes. Add the onions, bell peppers and sauté for another 3 minutes.
4. Pour in the DEL MONTE Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce, add Pure Basics Salt & Pepper to taste. Put water then simmer for 5 minutes. Add the meatballs and simmer for another 5 minutes.
5. Pour sauce over cooked pasta. Garnish with grated cheese on top.
