Recipe
Ingredients:

2 tbsp UFC Golden Fiesta Palm Oil 350ml
1 tsp UFC Black Pepper ground 500g
2 packs UFC Ready Recipes Mechado 200g
1/2 cup water
1 bar UFC Quesorap cheese spread 160g, grated
4 cups EQUAL Sinandomeng rice, cooked
500g MRS. GRACIA'S Ground Beef
1 tsp UFC Iodized Salt 150g
1 can UFC Whole Corn Kernels 425g, drained

Preparation:

1. Heat UFC Golden Fiesta Palm oil in a pan. Add MRS. GARCIA'S ground beef.
2. Season with UFC salt and UFC black pepper, then cook until brown.
3. Add UFC Whole corn kernels, EQUAL cooked rice, UFC Ready Recipes Mechado, and water then mix well.
4. Cook for 5 minutes
5. Top with UFC Quesorap cheese. Cover for 5 minutes
6. Fold in seaweed and serve while hot
