425ml Chicken Stock
Pure Basics White pepper Powder 30g
Pure Basics Iodized Salt 500g
250ml Water
Pure Basics Kuchay Dumpling
Pure Basics Ground Pepper 30g
Green Onion (for garnishing)
1. On a pot, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the Pure Basics white pepper, salt and ground pepper to taste.
3. Place Pure Basics Kuchay Dumplings and wait until they float for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Remove the Pure Basics Kuchay Dumplings and drain the excess water.
5. Boil the chicken broth in another pot.
6. Transfer Pure Basics Kuchay Dumplings into a soup bowl, add some chicken broth into the bowl, garnish with chopped green onion and serve as desired.
7. Cover them to prevent from drying.
