Recipe
Ingredients:

1/3 cup Water
1 pouch DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce (200g)
1/4 cup FREP Baguio beans, sliced into 2-inch long (optional)
300 g MAGNOLIA chicken thigh, bone in
1/3 cup PG Fresh bell pepper red, cut into 2-inch strips
12 pcs EQUAL quail eggs, hard-boiled and shelled (optional)
2 tbsp PG Fresh garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp PURE BASICS iodized salt 500g
2/3 cup PG Fresh potato regular, cut into chunks
2 tbsp LI FRAISWELL vegetable oil 250ml
2 tbsp PG Fresh onion native red, sliced
1 cup PPC carrots regular, cut into chunks

Preparation:

1. In a pan, put LI FRAISWELL oil then sauté PG garlic, onion, and MAGNOLIA chicken. Add water and PURE BASICS salt. Bring to a boil then simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Add PG potatoes and carrots. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Add DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce- and simmer for 10 minutes.
3. Add FREP Baguio beans, PG bell pepper, and EQUAL quail eggs, if desired. Simmer for 5 minutes.
