Ingredients:
1 packet NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250ML, chilled
2/3 cup ANGEL Evaporada 410ml, chilled
24 pcs OREO Premier Vanilla 28.5g x 9s, separate filling from cookies.
1/2 cup NESTLÉ Carnation Condensada 300ML
2 teaspoons McCORMICK Vanilla Extract 20ml
Preparation:
1. To make the ice cream filling: In a mixing bowl whip NESTLE All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks are achieved. (10 mins)
2. Whisk in NESTLE Carnation condensada, ANGEL Evaporada, McCORMICK Vanilla extract and OREO cream filling
3. Transfer to a freezer safe container and freeze overnight.
4. Scoop ice cream and sandwich with reserved cookies. Serve immediately.
