Recipe
Ingredients:

2 tbsp UFC Hapi Fiesta Vegetable Oil 200ml
2 cloves PG Fresh Garlic
1 pc PG Fresh Onion White, chopped
2 pcs PG Fresh Tomato Native, sliced
¼ Kg FRESH Always Pork Belly, chopped
1 tbsp BARRIO FIESTA Bagoong regular 250ml
1 cup PG Fresh Squash, chopped
½ cup PG Fresh Okra, chopped
½ cup PG Fresh Sitao, chopped
½ cup PG Fresh Ampalaya, sliced
1 sachet MAGGI Magic Sarap 8g
1 ½ cups Water
1 cup PG Fresh Eggplant native, chopped

Preparation:

1. In a pan, saute PG Garlic, onion, tomato, FRESH ALWAYS Pork belly and BARRIO FIESTA bagoong in UFC Hapi Fiesta oil. Pour water and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Add PG Squash, okra and sitao in 2-minute interval then put PG ampalaya and eggplant then simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Season with MAGGI Magic Sarap. Transfer on a serving plate and serve.
