Ingredients:

2 tbsp BAGUIO Orchids vegetable oil pouch 475ml
2pcs BOUNTY FRESH Egg medium 12s, beaten
2 tbsp PG Fresh Garlic native
1 pc PG FRESH indian mango, sliced in strips
BARRIO FIESTA Bagoong regular 250g
1 pc GFRESH Red Onion
4 cups EQUAL M3 Rice 2kg, cooked according to package direction
1 sachet Maggi Magic Sarap 8gx16s

Preparation:

1. 1. In a pan, heat BAGUIO cooking oil then cook beaten egg until barely set. Remove and set aside. Cut into pieces.
2. 2. Sauté PG garlic, GFRESH onion and BARRIO FIESTA bagoong until aromatic.
3. 3. Add cooked EQUAL rice and season with MAGGI Magic Sarap. Mix until well combined. Pour 2 tbsp of water on the side and gently fluff until steaming hot. Transfer on a serving plate, top with egg and green mango. Serve immediately.
