1/2 kl MAGNOLIA Chicken Tinola or Adobo cut
1 pc PG Fresh Ginger, sliced thinly
1 pc GF Sili haba (Picante)
5 cups Water
1/2 cup Fresh Malunggay Leaves
1/2 cup PGP Sili tops
1 pc PG Sayote, sliced into 1 inch size
2 tbsp LI Fraiswell Vegetable Oil 250ml
1 pc PG Fresh Onion white, sliced
4 cloves PG Fresh Garlic, sliced
1 pc MAGGI Magic Chicken Cube 10g
1. Sauté PG garlic, ginger, onion and GF Sili haba in LI FRAISWELL oil. Add MAGNOLIA chicken and cook for 2mins.
2. Pour water bring to a boil, skim the scum and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Add MAGGI Magic Chicken cubes, PG Sayote and simmer for another 5 minutes.
4. Stir in fresh Malunggay leaves & Sili tops. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
