8 pcs PUREFOODS Cooked Ham sliced 250g
2 cups UFC Golden Fiesta Oil 500ml
8 pcs EDEN Slices 10s 208g
8 pcs GARDENIA Pinoy Tasty 450g
1/4 cup PG Fresh Bell Pepper Red 250g
3/4 cup GOOD LIFE Bread Crumbs 230g
3 pcs EQUAL Fresh Eggs M6s (Norstar), beaten

1. Remove the crust of the GARDENIA bread.
2. Put the PUREFOODS ham, EDEN cheese, and PG bell pepper strips on the bread, and roll the bread until the filling is covered. Secure it with a toothpick.
3. Dip the bread into the beaten egg then coat in GOOD LIFE breadcrumbs and shake off excess crumbs.
4. In a pan, put UFC Golden fiesta oil & fry over low to medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
5. Arrange the fried rolls in a plate lined with paper towels. Serve as a snack or slice into pieces and serve as an appetizer.
