Ingredients:

3 tbs EQUAL REFINED SUGAR 1/4KG
4 tbs KEWPIE MAYONNAISE JAPANESE STYLE 130G
1 cup MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE 950G/900G
1 pc PG Fresh Mango
1/2 tsp PURE BASICS IODIZED SALT 500G
2 cups MRS. LAM JAPANESE RICE 2KG, cooked
1 pack ALASKA CREMA ALL PURPOSE 135ML
1 tbs JAM SESAME SEED30G, toasted
3 tbs DATU PUTI VINEGAR 200ML
1 can CENTURY TUNA FLAKES VEGETABLE OIL 180G, drained
3/4 cups MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE 225G

Preparation:

1. In a small bowl, dissolve Equal Refined sugar and Pure basic iodized salt in Datu Puti vinegar.
2. Add hot cooked Mrs. Lam Japanese rice to a large bowl. Pour Datu Puti vinegar mixture over the rice. Using a spatula, fold the rice until well coated. Set aside.
3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a separate bowl, add the drained Century Tuna Flakes , Alaska Créma All purpose, Kewpie mayonnaise Japanese style , and Magnolia cream cheese. Stir until combined then set aside.
4. Transfer the rice mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly. Add half portion of the toasted Jam sesame seeds over the rice then layer the tuna mixture. Sprinkle the remaining half of toasted Jam sesame seeds over the tuna mixture then top with PG mangoes and Magnolia Quick melt cheese. Place in oven and bake for 15-20mins. Serve warm from the oven.
