MAMA SITA’S GINISANG SAYOTE WITH CHICKEN

Ingredients:

1 tbsp LI FRAISWELL vegetable oil 250ml
1 pc PG Fresh onion red, sliced
1/4 tsp PURE BASICS Black pepper cracked 30g or UFC Ground pepper 30g
1 pouch Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce 60g
3 cloves PURE BASICS Fried garlic minced 30g
1 cup MAGNOLIA Chicken adobo cut, diced 1
1 pc PG Fresh Sayote fruit, sliced
1/2 cup Water

Preparation:

1. In a pan, heat LI FRAISWELL oil and saute PURE BASICS garlic until golden, and add PG onion.
2. Add the diced MAGNOLIA chicken and saute for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned.
3. Add the Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce, PG Sayote and stir fry. Add water then stir and cover the pan. Bring to a boil until the sayote is cooked through.
4. Season with PURE BASICS black pepper & serve immediately.
