4 tbsp LI FRAISWELL Veg oil 250ml
2 cups Water
1 cup PG Fresh Potatoes, cut into cubes
1 pc PG Fresh Red bell pepper, cut into triangles
1/4 cup DONA ELENA Pitted green olives 140g
1 cup PPC Carrots regular, cut into cubes
1 pouch MAMA SITA'S Caldereta Mix 50g, dissolved in water
1kg MAGNOLIA Chicken breast, cut into serving sizes
1 can UFC Green peas 155g
1. In a pan, heat LI FRAISWELL oil then pan-fry MAGNOLIA chicken until edges turns brown.
2. Add dissolved Mama Sita’s Caldereta Mix, PG carrots and potatoes.
3. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer until the vegetables are tender.
4. Add PG bell pepper, UFC green peas and DONA ELENA olives. Continue cooking until chicken is tender and the sauce has thickened.
