1/2 kl MEATHUB Pork Shoulder, sliced thinly
2 tbsp SILVER SWAN Soy Sauce 100ml
2 tbsp UFC Hapi Fiesta Vegetable Oil 200ml
4 cloves GF Garlic native, sliced
1/4 tbsp JAM Black Pepper whole 30g
1 pc PG FRESH chili labuyo
1/4 cup DATU PUTI Spiced Vinegar 350ml
2 sachet MAGGI Magic Sarap 8gx16s
2 tbsp EQUAL Brown Sugar 1/4kl
1. In a bowl, marinate MEATHUB pork with MAGGI Magic Sarap, SILVER SWAN soy sauce, JAM pepper, GF garlic, EQUAL sugar and PG Fresh chili. Refrigerate overnight.
2. Remove marinated Pork Tapa from the refrigerator 1 hour before cooking.
3. In a frying pan, sauté marinated pork in UFC Hapi Fiesta oil. Cook until golden brown. Transfer on a serving plate and serve with spiced vinegar on the side.
