Ingredients:

3 cloves PG Fresh Garlic, crushed
2 pcs EQUAL Fresh Eggs M6 (norstar), fried sunny side up
2 cups ROOSTER Premium rice, makes it garlic fried rice
1/4 tsp PURE BASICS Black pepper powder 30g
1/4 cup LI FRAISWELL Vegetable oil 250ml
1 tbsp PG Fresh Calamansi, juice
1 pouch MAMA SITA'S Barbecue Marinade 40mlx6s
1 pc BANGUS Medium, deboned or P FRESCA BANGUS Medium, deboned or SMI Fresh Boneless bangus or SEAKING Boneless Bangus unseasoned 520g

Preparation:

1. In a small stainless bowl, combine P FRESCA Bangus with Mama Sita’s Barbecue marinade, PG Garlic, Calamansi juice, and PURE BASICS black pepper powder. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
2. Heat pan, then add LI FRAISWELL Vegetable oil. Pan-fry the marinated bangus over medium heat until golden brown.
3. Remove from heat. Cut the bangus into half.
4. Serve hot with ROOSTER garlic fried rice and EQUAL fried eggs.
