KNORR SINIGANG NA BANGUS

Ingredients:

1 pack Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix Original 22g.
1/2 kg Fresh bangus, sliced
1 pc Red onion, quartered lengthways
2pcs Tomatoes, quartered
1 pc Radish, Sliced
3 pcs Okra, sliced
1 bundle Kangkong, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 pcs Sili Pansigang
4 cups Water
To taste PURE BASICS Black Pepper Cracked, 30g
2 tbsp RAM CORNSTARCH 200G
1 bundle PG Kangkong, cut to 2-inch pieces

Preparation:

1. Remove scales of the bangus..
2. Pour water together with onions and tomatoes in pot.
3. Slowly bring the water to a boil. Lower heat to simmer for a few minutes.
4. Add radish and okra to the pot and boil for 2 minutes.
5. Add fish and siling pansigang. Let it simmer until fish is cooked through.
6. Add Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix Original and kangkong to the pot. Stir and simmer around 2 minutes
7. Tuna filling: Portion Century Tuna Flakes into six (6) and put it on top of each GARDENIA THICK BREAD slices.
8. Add the PG onion and sauté until translucent. Add the PG garlic and sauté until aromatic. Add BARRIO FIESTA bagoong and sauté for 1 minute.
9. Add the DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce, 1/4 cup water, and PG squash. Simmer until squash is cooked.
10. Add the PG sitaw, okra, and ampalaya then let it simmer for 2 minutes. Serve.
