1 sachet MAGGI Magic Sarap 8gx16s
2 cups Pasta Water
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA Gold butter salted 100g
1 pack PUREFOODS Bacon crumble 250g (optional), fried
2 tsp GF Parsley, minced (optional)
1 pack DONA ELENA Al dente Fettucine 500g, cooked according to package direction
1 packet NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250ML
1 head GF Garlic, minced
1/4 tsp UFC Ground pepper 30g
2 tbsp MARCA PINA Parmesan Cheese 227g
1. In a casserole, boil DONA ELENA spaghetti according to package direction. Reserve 2 cups of pasta water.
2. Sauté GF garlic in MAGNOLIA butter. Pour pasta water and season with MAGGI Magic Sarap and UFC pepper. Temper NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and pour back to the sauce.
3. Drain pasta and toss in the sauce. Transfer on a serving plate, top with MARCA PINA parmesan cheese, PUREFOODS bacon and GF parsley. Serve immediately.
