Ingredients:

1 tbsp UFC Happi Fiesta Veg Oil Sup 1L
2 cloves PG Fresh Garlic Taiwan
1 Pack Pure Basics Pork & Shrimp Dumplings
1 stem PG Fresh Onion Spring, chopped
Pinch to taste Pure Basics Ground Pepper 30g
1 piece PG Fresh Onion Native White
1 Pack Magnolia Chicken Breast
10 cups Water
2 cubes Knorr Chicken Cubes
1 tbsp Datu Puti Patis 150ml
227g pack Pure Basics Sotanghon
Pinch to taste Pure Basics Iodized Salt 500g
For toppings Fried Garlic bits

Preparation:

1. Put oil in a casserole or shallow pot, saute onions and garlic over medium heat until aromatic.
2. Add water into the pot and Knorr Chicken Cubes to make a broth.
3. Put fish sauce and cook for 8-10 minutes.
4. Add Pure Basics Pork & Shrimp dumplings and Pure Basics Sotanghon, cook for 8-10 minutes.
5. Add chicken strips and cook for 2-3 minutes.
6. Season with Pure Basics Salt & Pepper to taste.
7. Put on a serving bowl and top it with fried garlic bits and spring onions.
