Ingredients:
1/2 cup EQUAL REFINED SUGAR 1/4KG
1/4 cup DEL MONTE Original Blend Ketchup 320g
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar 490ml
1/3 tsp MCCORMICK IODIZED SALT 300G
Preparation:
1. In a bowl make a slurry, dissolve RAM cornstarch in water.
2. In a sauce pan, combine all ingredients Del Monte Original Blend Ketchup, Del Monte Red Cane Vinegar, Equal Refined Sugar, McCormick Iodized salt, Cornstarch slurry and mix well.
3. Bring to a boil then simmer while stirring until thick.
4. Serve with fried wanton and hot dip on the side.
