Ingredients:

1 can UFC PIECES & STEMS MUSHROOMS 400G
To taste UFC Iodized Salt 150g
5 Cloves PG Fresh Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Datu Puti Patis 150ml
1 pc. Equal Fresh Egg Medium 6s
1 pouch UFC Gravy 50g. Sup
To taste UFC Ground Pepper 30g
1/2kg Mrs. Garcias ground pork
1/2kg Mrs. Garcias ground beef
3/4 cup Good Life bread crumbs 230G.
1 tsp Equal Brown sugar 1/4 Kg.
1 piece PG Fresh Onion white, minced
3 tbsp Magnolia Dari Crème Butter Milk 200G.
2 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce 150ml

Preparation:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine Mrs. Garcias ground pork, Mrs. Garcias ground beef, Good Life bread crumbs, Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce, PG Fresh onion, PG Fresh garlic, UFC black pepper, UFC salt, Equal eggs and Equal sugar.
2. Mix thoroughly and form into patties on a wax paper. Chill for at least 30 mins.
3. In a non-stick pan or stove top grill, cook the patties for at least 3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
4. On a separate pan, melt 3 tbsp Magnolia Dari Crème Butter Milk.
5. Add UFC Mushrooms and UFC Gravy on the pan and let it boil for 2 - 3 mins.
6. Top patties with Mushroom Gravy sauce.
