Ingredients:

1 pc Knorr Beef Cubes 10g; mashed
½ kg Lean Ground Beef
1 pc Onion; minced
¼ cup Magnolia All Purpose Flour 200g
1 pack Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix 68g
2 tbsp Baguio Vegetable Oil Pouch 175ml
1 pc Equal Large Egg 6’s, beaten
6 cloves Garlic; minced

Preparation:

1. Add Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix and water in a deep-pan or pot. Add just enough water and heat the mixture to dissolve the mix and keep the mixture thick.
2. Make the patty by combining ground beef, minced onions and garlic, mashed Knorr Beef Cube, flour, and beaten egg. Add more flour, if needed.
3. Shape the ground beef mix to balls and flatten them into 1 ½ inch thick patties.
4. Heat the oil on your pan.
5. Pan-fry the beef patties over medium heat until cooked through.
6. Pour soup mixture on the patties.
