2 tbsp PG Fresh Ginger 20g, crushed & sliced
3/4 cup Water
3 cloves PG Fresh Garlic, crushed
½ tsp UFC Whole pepper 30g
1 pc P Fresca Bangus medium 500 to 600g, sliced into 6
150g PG Fresh Eggplant, sliced
1 tbsp UFC Golden Fiesta oil 950ml
2 pc PG Fresh Sili pansigang
5 tbsp DATU PUTI Pinoy Spice vinegar 375g
1 pc PG Fresh Onion, small
½ tsp UFC iodized Salt 150g
1. In a casserole, put the first five ingredients at the bottom. Arrange FRESCA bangus slices on top. Pour water. Add DATU PUTI vinegar, UFC iodized salt, PG Eggplant & UFC Golden fiesta oil.
2. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes.
3. Cover and simmer for another 10 minutes or until eggplant is fully cooked.
