NESTLE SALTED EGG SHRIMP PASTA

Recipe
Ingredients:

1 head GF garlic, minced
2 tbsp PURE BASICS chili flakes 30g
2 cups Water
1 sachet MAGGI Magic Sarap 8gx16s
2 tbsp LI FRAISWELL Vegetable oil 2L
1 packet NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250ML, chilled
1 pc PG Fresh Lemon yellow, cut into wedges
1 pack ROYAL Premium Spaghetti 900g
1 pack CS peeled shrimp 500g Large
1 pc GF Fresh onion white, chopped
6 pcs EQUAL Salted egg 6s, grated
1 tbsp PJV ORG Parsley, minced (Optional)

Preparation:

1. Boil ROYAL spaghetti according to package direction.
2. Season CS shrimp with 1/2 sachet of MAGGI Magic Sarap. Sauté in LI FRAISWELL oil and set aside.
3. Sauté GF Garlic, Onion, PURE BASICS chili flakes and EQUAL salted egg in the same pan. Stir in water & NESTLE All Purpose Cream. Season with remaining MAGGI Magic Sarap.
4. Toss in sautéed shrimp and spaghetti. Cook for another minute.
5. Transfer on a serving plate. Top with PJV parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
