Recipe
Ingredients:
1 tbsp NESCAFÉ Classic instant coffee 23g
1 packet MR. HAT gulaman unflavored black 25gx10
1/4 cup EQUAL Brown Sugar 1/4kg
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream 250ml, chilled
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada 300ml
1 1/2 cup Water
3 cups Shaved Ice
Preparation:
1. Dissolve MR. HAT gulaman and Nescafe coffee in water over low heat. Add EQUAL sugar and continue stirring until completely dissolved.
2. Transfer on a mold and refrigerate until set. Slice into cubes and set aside.
3. Combine the NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream with NESTLÉ Carnation® Condensada and shaved ice. Mix well.
4. Add coffee jelly and serve immediately.
