Recipe
Ingredients:

1 tbsp PG Fresh onion spring, sliced
4 cloves PG Fresh Garlic
2 pcs PG Fresh Tomato native, cut into cubes
6 pcs EQUAL Fresh Egg M6s (Norstar)
2 tbsp LI NATUREL Pure Olive Oil 250ml
1 cup PG Fresh Broccoli local, florets
1 sachet MAGGI Magic Sarap 8gx16s
1/2 cup JOLLY Whole Mushroom 198g
1/4 cup DANES Easy melt cheese mozzarella shredded 200g or EMBORG Mozzarella Natural cheese slice 150g
1 pc PG Fresh Onion white, cut into cubes

Preparation:

1. In a pan, sauté PG garlic, onion and tomato in LI NATUREL olive oil. Add PG broccoli and JOLLY mushroom. Season with 1/2 sachet of MAGGI Magic Sarap.
2. In a bowl, beat EQUAL eggs and season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI Magic Sarap. Pour egg in the pan then add DANES mozzarella cheese and PG Fresh onion spring. Gently stir until barely set.
3. Cover with plate, flip and slide back in the pan to cook the other side. Remove from the pan and set aside. Cut into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and serve warm.
