Ingredients:
500g Roasted chicken leftover, cut into serving portions
2 pcs PG FRESH Chili Picante
1/2 cup PPC sili leaves
3 cups water
1 pouch Del Monte Filipino Style Tomato Sauce 200g
2 tbsp GFRESH Red onion, sliced
2 stalks PG FRESH Tanglad, pounded
Pinch PURE BASICS iodized salt 500g, to taste
Preparation:
1. In a casserole, combine all ingredients except PPC sili leaves. Bring to a boil then down to simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Add sili leaves then serve immediately.
