Ingredients:

3 tbsp ANCHOR Butter salted 100g
3 cups Water
7 cups PG Fresh kalabasa, cubed
1 tbsp PURE BASICS Black Pepper cracked 30g
2 packet NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 250ML, chilled
1/4 cup PG Fresh onion leeks, sliced
2 sachet MAGGI Magic Sarap 8gX16s
1 tbsp MCCORMICK iodized salt 140g

Preparation:

1. 1. In a pan melt ANCHOR butter. Sauté PG Onion leeks until limp. Add PG Fresh pumpkin. Cook for 2 minutes.
2. 2. Season with MAGGI Magic Sarap. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Cook until vegetable is tender. Remove from heat and let cool."
3. 3. When cool enough to handle, transfer on a blender and puree until smooth."
4. 4. Pass the mixture into a strainer to remove any un-dissolved ingredients. Pour back pureed pumpkin into the soup pan and bring to a simmer. Season with McCORMICK salt & PURE BASICS Black pepper then add NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream and cook for another minute. Serve hot."
