Ingredients:

1/4kg MAGNOLIA Drumstick/Drumettes
1/2 tsp SUNBEST roasted white sesame seeds 100g
2 tsp UFC Golden Fiesta Palm oil 485ml, for searing
1 pouch MAMA SITA's All-Purpose Marinade 80ml
1 tsp FRESHONE Onion spring 250g, chopped

Preparation:

1. Wash MAGNOLIA chicken and drain. Make a slit on each drumettes.
2. In a bowl, marinate chicken drumettes in Mama Sita’s All-Purpose Marinade. Massage the meat, cover, and marinate for 3 hours in the chiller.
3. Put kawali over medium heat and add UFC Golden Fiesta Palm oil.
4. Sear the drumettes until brown on each side (approximately 1 minute per side). Cover and Lower heat and continue cooking until meat is thoroughly cooked.
5. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving platter. Garnish with SUNBEST sesame seeds and FRESHONE spring onions on top.
6. Served with Mama Sita’s spiced vinegar and achara on the side (optional).
