1/2 cup Datu-Puti Vinegar PET 1L
6 - 7 pcs UFC Whole Pepper 30G
1 Tbsp Equal Brown Sugar
1KG Magnolia Chicken, Adobo Cut
5 cloves Fresh Garlic, crushed
1 Cup UFC Banana Catsup 320G
2 pcs UFC Laurel Leaves 8G
1/2 cup Datu-Puti Soy Sauce PET 1L
1. In a bowl, mix together Datu Puti Soy Sauce, Datu Puti Vinegar, UFC Tamis Anghang Banana Catsup, Equal Sugar, UFC Whole Pepper, Garlic, UFC Laurel Leaves.
2. Cover the bowl & marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour or overnight.
3. In a casserole, put the chicken with marinade sauce and boil over medium-high heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
4. When the chicken is tender and the sauce is reduced, remove from the heat and set aside.
5. In a pan, fry chicken until golden brown in color or until it caramelizes.
6. Pour in the sauce and let it boil until the sauce thickens.
7. Serve hot in a serving plate.
