Recipe
Ingredients:

1 pack Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix 68g, dissolved in 3 cups of water
1 pack Royal Spaghetti Family Size 400g
12 strips Equal Bacon 400g, sliced into ½ inches
1 tbsp Anchor Spreadable Butter 200g
2 cloves PG Garlic
1/2 cup Jolly Whole Mushroom 400g, sliced
1/4 cup Cream All-purpose Flour 400g
1 cup Magnolia All-purpose Cream 110ml
To taste Pure Basics Iodized Salt 1kg
To taste Chiz Boy Grated Parmesan Cheese 350g
To taste Pure Basics Black Pepper Powder 100g

Preparation:

1. In a casserole, put water and bring to a boil then cook Royal Spaghetti family size pasta according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
2. In a pan, cook the Equal bacon until crispy and set aside.
3. Using the same pan, add Anchor Spreadable butter and saute the PG garlic until light brown. Add sliced Jolly whole mushrooms and Cream all-purpose flour. Mix well.
4. Add dissolved Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup and allow to simmer until slightly thick.
5. Add Magnolia all-purpose cream. Season with Pure basics salt and pepper to taste. Mix well. Do not let it boil as the cream will curdle. Turn off the heat and toss in the cooked pasta.
6. Arrange the pasta in a serving plate then top with crispy bacon and Parmesan cheese.
