1 tbsp GF Lemon Baguio, juice
1/2 tsp PURE BASICS iodized salt 500g
1 sachet MAGGI MAGIC SARAP 8g
2 tbsp E.V. LIGHT 75% Butter 250g
1 tbsp LANGNESE Golden C/Honey 125g
2 tsp PURE BASICS Fried Garlic 30g, minced
2 tbsp LI SUREE Thai Sriracha Chili Sauce 12oz
1 pack NESTLÉ ALL PURPOSE CREAM 250ml
1/2 cup CREAM All Purpose Flour 200g
500g MAGNOLIA Chicken Wings, halved
1 tbsp PG Fresh Spring Onion, sliced
1/4 tsp PURE BASICS Black Pepper powder 100g
1 cup LI FRAISWELL Vegetable Oil 250ml
1. In a bowl, mix NESTLÉ All-Purpose Cream, PURE BASICS garlic, PG spring onion, GF lemon juice, PURE BASICS salt and pepper. Set aside Garlic Cream Sauce by placing it in the refrigerator.
2. Season MAGNOLIA chicken wings with MAGGI Magic Sarap and PURE BASICS pepper. Coat well with CREAM All purpose flour and fry in LI FRAISWELL oil until golden brown. Transfer to a cooling rack to drain excess oil
3. Melt E.V Light butter in a pan, add LI SUREE Sriracha sauce and LANGNESE honey. Toss in fried chicken wings and mix until well coated.
4. Transfer to a serving plate with Garlic Cream Sauce on the side.
