1 tbsp LI SUREE sesame oil 150ml
500g MONTEREY Pork kasim, sliced in steak size
2 tbsp LI TROPICAL Palm oil 250ml
1 tbsp PURE BASICS fried garlic minced 30g
1 tbsp D6 sesame seeds 100g, toasted
1/2 tsp PURE BASICS Black pepper powder 30g
1 tbsp PG Fresh onion spring, chopped
2 tsp PG Fresh ginger, grated
1 pouch DEL MONTE Quick 'n Easy BBQ Marinade 80ml
1. In a mixing bowl, put DEL MONTE Quick ‘n Easy Barbecue Marinade, PURE BASICS fried garlic, PG ginger, PURE BASICS pepper, PG green onions, D6 sesame seeds, and LI SUREE sesame oil then mix together. Put Monterey pork steak and marinate for 1 hour.
2. Drain the marinated pork then in a pan put LI TROPICAL oil and pan-fry until cooked.
