GFRESH Onion white, chopped
FRESH ONE Broccoli, cut into small florets
PG Fresh Carrots, sliced
MAYA Cornstarch 400g, dissolved in water
PURE BASICS Pancit canton 250g
MAMA SITA'S Oyster Sauce 156g

UFC Hapi Fiesta vegetable oil 200ml
JOLLY Mixed mushrooms 100g, sliced
PJV Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch cubes
1. Blanch PURE BASICS Pancit Canton noodles: Plunge 250g noodles into 6 cups (1.5 L) boiling water. Separate noodles with fork while cooking for 1 minute. Drain in a colander. Set aside.
2. Heat UFC Hapi fiesta oil in a pan. Saute GFRESH onions until translucent. Add JOLLY mushrooms and cook for 1 minute. Add FRESH ONE broccoli, PG FRESH carrots, and PJV bell pepper. Stir fry for another minute until vegetables are just half cooked.
3. Add MAMA SITA'S Oyster Sauce & 2.5 cups water. Mix well, cover and simmer.
4. Stir in the dissolved MAYA cornstarch. When the sauce thickens, add in the blanched pancit canton. Simmer for another minute.
5. Serve hot
