Ingredients:

2 tbsp LI FRAISWELL Vegetable Oil 1L
2 bunch PG Fresh Pechay native
3 Cups Water
1/4 cup JOLLY garbanzos 425G, cooked
Pinch PURE BASICS Black Pepper powder 30g, to taste
120g PG Fresh Potatoes regular, cut into chunks
Pinch PURE BASICS iodized Salt 500g, to taste
2 pcs PG Fresh banana saba semi-ripe, peeled, sliced diagonally
350g MRS. GARCIAS Beef cubes or VITAMEATS Beef cubes or TGM Beef cubes
1/4 cup PG Fresh Onion red, sliced
1 pouch Del Monte Original style Tomato sauce 200g

Preparation:

1. In a casserole, sauté PG onion and MRS. GARCIA'S Beef for 5 minutes. Add water and DEL MONTE Original Style Tomato Sauce. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat until beef is almost tender.
2. Add PG potatoes, saba, and JOLLY garbanzos. Season with PURE BASICS salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for 10 minutes or until potatoes and saba are tender.
3. Add PG pechay & simmer for 5 minutes or until pechay is cooked.
