Ingredients:

4 tbsp UFC Hapi Fiesta vegetable oil 500ml
1 head PG Fresh Garlic, chopped
1 pc PG Fresh Onion native red, chopped
1 pc PPC Carrots, cut into diced
1 pc PG Fresh Red Bell Peper, sliced
2 pcs PURE BASICS Laurel Leaves 10g
1-2 tsp PURE BASICS Curry powder 50g
1/2 tsp PURE BASICS Black pepper cracked 100g
2-3 cups Water
1 pc PG Fresh Red Bell Peper, sliced
1/4 Kl PG Fresh Potato, cut into diced
1.5 kg MAGNOLIA Chicken adobo cut
1 pack NESTLE All Purpose Cream 250ml
1 pack NESTLE All Purpose Cream 250ml

Preparation:

1. Season MAGNOLIA chicken with 1 1/2 sachet MAGGI Magic Sarap then set aside.
2. In a casserole, put UFC Hapi fiesta oil and sauté PG garlic, onion, potato, PPC carrot, and chicken.
3. Add PG bell peppers, PURE BASICS curry powder, PURE BASICS black pepper, and laurel leaves. Pour water and simmer for 15 minutes.
4. Season with remaining ½ sachet of MAGGI Magic Sarap and stir in NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream.
5. Transfer on a serving plate and serve hot
