¼ cup MAMA SITA'S Oyster Sauce 60g
Pinch UFC iodized salt 150g (to taste)
Pinch ISPICE Black Pepper cracked 100g (to taste)
3 tbsp UFC Golden Fiesta Oil 250ml
3 cloves GF Garlic native, minced
½ tsp GFRESH Ginger yellow, crushed
1 pc GFRESH Red Onion, sliced
1/4 kl AKF Beef sirloin, pounded with back of the knife and cut into strips
¾ cup Water
1 tbsp CREAM Cornstarch 75g, dissolved in 1 tsp of water + for coating
1 tbsp EQUAL Brown Sugar 1/4 kg
3 cups PPC Sweet peas (Sitsaro)
1 tsp GOOD LIFE Sesame oil 100ml (optional)
1. Season AKF beef with UFC salt and ISPICE pepper. Coat with CREAM cornstarch.
2. In a pan, put UFC Golden Fiesta oil. Fry the beef until the edges turn brown. Drain and set aside.
3. In the same pan, sauté GF garlic, GFRESH ginger and onion.
4. Add the pre-fried beef and water.
5. Over high heat add the Mama Sita’s Oyster Sauce, EQUAL sugar and PPC snow peas.
6. Thicken the sauce by adding the mixture of cornstarch and water.
7. Just before removing from heat, add sesame oil. Serve hot.
