Ingredients:

1 pack UFC Golden Fiesta Big Crunch 60g
4 cups UFC Golden Fiesta Palm Oil 950ML
2 pcs EQUAL Fresh Eggs M6s
2 pcs PG Eggplant, Large
2 pcs PG Potatoes, Large
1 Magnolia Cheese Block 440g, grated

Preparation:

1. Thinly slice the PG Potatoes and PG Eggplant into bite sized mojos
2. After slicing, drench the sliced PG Potatoes and PG Eggplant into UFC Golden Fiesta Big Crunch breading mix then dip into beaten Equal Fresh Egg, and drench back to the breading mix.
3. In a frying pan, put UFC GOLDEN FIESTA PALM OIL and deep fry the vegetable mojos covered in UFC Golden Fiesta Big Crunch Breading Mix until it gets golden brown.
4. Remove excess oil of deep fried vegetable mojos and put it in a serving plate then top with grated Magnolia Cheese.
