1/2 cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning 1L
2 cups Datu Puti BBQ-rrific 2-way Barbecue Marinade Pouch 144ml
3-4 tbsp Calamansi Juice (from Fresh Calamansi)
To taste Pure Basics Black Pepper Powder 100g
1/2 kg Mrs. Garcia Pork Belly
1/4 cup Simply Pure Canola Oil 1L
1. To marinate the pork, in a bowl combine the Mrs. Garcia pork belly (Liempo), Knorr Liquid seasoning, Datu Puti barbecue sauce, calamansi juice, Simply Pure Canola oil and Pure Basics black pepper.
2. Marinate it overnight inside the refrigerator.
3. Prepare the griller and ensure it is hot. Cook & grill the marinated pork belly on each side until tender.
4. Optional: Serve it with sides such as atsara & dipping sauce.
