1 cup DATU PUTI SOY SAUCE 200ML
1 cup DEL MONTE Sweet Blend Ketchup (320g)
2 tbsp LI FRAISWELL VEGETABLE OIL POUCH 2L
1/2 cup RED BELL PEPPER PDZ
1/3 cup STAR MARGARINE 100G
2 pcs PG FRESH SILI SIGANG
1 tbsp JUFRAN SRIRACHA HOT SAUCE PET 285G
1 pack PureFoods Tender Juicy HOTDOG REGULAR 500G, sliced.
1/2 cup PG FRESH ONION NATIVE RED
1. Slice Purefoods Tender Juicy hotdog and PG Fresh sili sinigang diagonally.
2. In a mixing bowl, put Datu Puti soy sauce, DEL MONTE Sweet Blend Ketchup and Jufran sriracha hot sauce (optional) then mix well.
3. In a pan, saute the sliced hotdog in Ll Fraiswell Vegetable oil for 1 minute. Add PG onion and PG red bell pepper and simmer for 2 minutes.
4. Pour the sauce on the hotdog mixture then add Star margarine. Pour in sizzling plate, garnish with siling haba and serve immediately.
