1 PACK DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks sup 200g, drained & reserved syrup
1 cup PG Fresh onion native, sliced
4 tbsp DATU PUTI Soy sauce 200ml
4 tbsp PG Fresh Calamansi, juice
1/2 cup Water
2 pcs BONELESS Bangus
1 tsp PURE BASICS iodized salt 500g
1 tsp PURE BASICS black pepper powder 30g
1/2 cup LI FRAISWELL vegetable oil 250ml
1. Season BONELESS bangus with PURE BASICS salt and pepper.
2. In a pan, put LI FRAISWELL oil and pan-fry the bangus until golden brown, set aside.
3. Using the same pan, sauté the PG onions until translucent. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, add DATU PUTI soy sauce, PG calamansi, and water. Simmer for 3 minutes. Add the reserved DEL MONTE pineapple syrup then simmer for 2 minutes.
5. Add the bangus back into the pan. Add the sautéed onions and DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve.
