1 packet NESTLE All Purpose cream 250ml, chilled
1/2 cup LI HOSEN Cream corn 425G
1/2 cup NESTLE Carnation Condensada 300ML
1 cup Water
1 cup COCO MAMA Fresh gata 400ml
6 tbsp PURE BASICS Cornstarch 400G
2 tbsp UFC HAPI FIESTA Vegetable oil 500ml
1/2 bar DAILY QUEZO pasteurized processed cheese 160G

1. Combine NESTLE all purpose cream , water , NESTLE Carnation Condensada, COCO MAMA coconut milk, LI HOSEN cream-style corn, and pure basics cornstarch in a heavy botton pot. Mix well with a spatula. (2mins)
2. Bring to a simmer while continuously stirring making sure nothing is sticking at the bottom and on the sides. Cook until very thick but still spreadable.
3. Brush a clean container with UFC Hapi Fiesta oil. Pour Maja Blanca mixture and spread evenly. Grate DAILY QUEZO cheese on top and serve.
