Ingredients:

2 tbsp DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar 490ml
1/4 cup PG Fresh Calamansi
1/2 cup PG Fresh Onion red, chopped
1 pc Siling labuyo (optional), finely chopped
1/4 cup PG Fresh onion spring, chopped
1 tsp PURE BASICS Black Pepper powder 30g
1 pouch DEL MONTE Quick 'n Easy BBQ Marinade 200ml
1 kg Squid (whole or rings), cleaned

Preparation:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine DEL MONTE Quick 'n Easy BBQ Marinade, PG Fresh calamansi juice, DEL MONTE Red Cane Vinegar, PG onion, siling labuyo, PG onion spring, and PURE BASICS black pepper. Mix well and set aside.
2. Grill the squid.
3. Place on a serving platter then pour the sauce over.
