PURE BASICS FRIED RICE WITH SIOMAI

Ingredients:

5 cups Day old cooked rice
1 pack Pure Basics Fish Ball 250g
3 Large eggs
1/2 cup Chopped carrots
1 tablespoon Pure Basics Curry Powder 50g
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
1 pack PURE BASICS PORK SIOMAI 24'S
For seasoning PURE BASICS POWDERED SALT 500G
150g Chopped pork belly
1/2 cup Corn Kernels
3 stalks Spring onion
For seasoning PURE BASICS BLACK PEPPER POWDER 30G
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
2 tablespoon Fish sauce
2 cloves Minced Garlic
2 tablespoon Oil

Preparation:

1. Season pork belly with salt and pepper.
2. Put oil over a high heat pan.
3. Fry pork belly until golden brown.
4. Add chopped Pure Basics Fish Balls, garlic and white part of spring onions, and continue to stir fry for 1 minute.
5. Add rice, corn and chopped carrots. Stir fry for 4 minutes.
6. Put slightly beaten eggs into the rice mixture and mix thoroughly.
7. Add the green part of the spring onions, soy sauce, fish sauce, Pure Basics Curry Powder and sesame oil, and continue to stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
8. Season with salt and pepper.
9. On a steamer, cook Pure Basics Pork Siomai for 8-10 minutes.
10. Put rice in a serving bowl, topped with steaming Pure Basics hot Siomai.
