1 pouch DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce 200g
1/4 cup + 1/4 cup water
250 g FRESH ALWAYS Pork belly, sliced into 1/2-inch thick strips
1 cup PG Fresh okra, bias cut
1/2 cup PG Fresh Ampalaya, cut into 1-inch thick
2 tbsp UFC Hapi Fiesta Veg oil 200ml
2 tbsp PG Fresh garlic, crushed
1/4 cup Barrio Fiesta bagoong regular alamang
1 cup PG Fresh sitaw/string beans, cut into 2-inches length
3 cups PG Fresh squash, peeled & cut into 2x2-inches cubes
1/2 cup PG Fresh onion white, chopped
1. In a pot, combine UFC Hapi Fiesta oil, 1/4 cup water, and FRESH ALWAYS pork. Cover and simmer until the fat comes out. Then sauté the pork until brown and crispy.
2. Add the PG onion and sauté until translucent. Add the PG garlic and sauté until aromatic. Add BARRIO FIESTA bagoong and sauté for 1 minute.
3. Add the DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato Sauce, 1/4 cup water, and PG squash. Simmer until squash is cooked.
4. Add the PG sitaw, okra, and ampalaya then let it simmer for 2 minutes. Serve.
