1 tbsp McCORMICK Garlic granulated 45g toasted
2 tbsp BAGUIO Orchids Vegetable Oil pouch 300ml
1 tsp EQUAL Brown Sugar 1/4 Kg
1/4 cup MAGGI Oyster Sauce 30gx6s
1/4 cup DATU PUTI White Vinegar 100ml
1/4 tsp UFC Ground pepper 30g
2 tbsp Water
1 sachet MAGGI Magic Sarap 8g
1 head PG Fresh Garlic sliced
4 pcs PG Fresh Onion sliced
100g MRS. GARCIAS Ground Pork
1/2 Kg GF Kangkong
1. 1. In a pan, put BAGUIO Vegetable oil and sauté PG garlic, onion, MAGGI Magic sarap and MRS. GARCIA'S ground pork until browned in color.
2. 2. Add DATU PUTI vinegar and UFC pepper. Add MAGGI Oyster Sauce, EQUAL sugar and water. Simmer for 2 minutes
3. 3. Stir in GF Kangkong and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer into a serving plate, garnish with McCORMICK toasted garlic and serve.
