Ingredients:

1/4 cup MAGGI Savor Liquid Seasoning Classic 130ml
1 pc PG FRESH bell pepper red, cut into 4 lengthwise
3 tbsp EQUAL Brown Sugar 1/4Kg
2 cloves PG FRESH Garlic, minced
1 pc PG FRESH Ginger, sliced
2 tbsp LI FRAISWELL Vegetable Oil 250ml
2 tbsp Water
1 pack KEMKANG Tokwa 250g, cut into square by 1 inch
1/8 tsp MAYA Cornstarch 400g
1 tbsp LI SUREE Sesame Oil 150ml
1/2 sachet MAGGI Magic Sarap 8gx16s
1 stalk FREP Onion spring or Scallion (optional), chopped
2 tbsp D6 Sesame seeds 100g, toasted

Preparation:

1. Mix PG garlic, ginger, MAGGI Savor Classic, EQUAL sugar, LI SUREE sesame oil, MAYA cornstarch and water in a sauce pan. Gently simmer for 1 minute. Set aside.
2. Season KEM-KANG tofu with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and coat lightly with sesame oil. Grill for 1 minute per side. Brush lightly with the sauce and continue to grill for another minute.
3. Transfer on a serving plate and pour the rest of the sauce. Top with D6 sesame seeds, PG Fresh bell pepper and FREP Onion spring. Serve immediately.
